If you don't want to get a paper bill through the mail anymore, you can sign up for paperless billing. When you do, we'll send you an email every month to let you know your Reliance bill is available to securely view and pay online. It's a free, easy and secure way to be environmentally friendly.
How to sign up:
Enroll Online
Sign into your Reliance account and select the link for the eBill option on the right hand side of the page. Enter your email address for verification and press “Send Verification Email.” You will receive an email from eBill [at] RelianceUtility [dot] com that will require you to verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email. After verifying email address click "Sign On Paperless eBill", check the box and press the "Accept" button.
Enroll by Phone
Call Reliance at (844) 560-7420 and request eBill paperless billing. Have your bill with Resident ID number available when you call.
